Borrowed a thing and accidentally broke it? Maybe it just stopped working. These things happen. 

 

Thanks to City of Newcastle, we have established a dedicated repair fund for our things! This makes the next steps really easy;

Just tell us more about the thing and what happened using the form below. Then, return it to us and we'll work to have it repaired of or properly disposed of as needed. In most cases, that's it!*
